There are the 3 main white beaches in Coron that you will see if you booked for a tour. Compared to the Island hopping which composed of around 6-7 islands per day of tour, this tour is composed only of 3 Islands because the white beaches location is already outside of the Coron town. It will took around 1 and 1/2 hours - 2 hours of boat travel from Busuanga. Though a little pricey and far, the island is worth travelling. Just pray for a smooth waves and good weather to avoid throwing up your breakfast. :)
Once you saw the turquoise clear water, it means you're getting near the Island. It was so clear I wanted to jump off the boat immediately.

Malcapuya beach was the 1st on the tour. There was two options where to docked the boat. Either on the rear side of the island or right side. Depends on how high or low the water is. Both were stunning though rear side was quite full of stones in the sand and have more trees along the way to the beach. The Island really looks nice and remote. The walk was about 200 meters to the beach front. There was a lot of coconut trees and so I was really happy because beaches with palm trees is really appealing to me.
Rear side view to the beach.
Right side of the beach.
There was a little hill on the side that we went up. The view was stunning!
The island has a long stretch of white fine sand. And the water was cold and clear. It was beautiful. If you get tired of swimming or walking around, you can buy fresh coconut juice that you need to directly drink on its shell. That's the only drink and food that you can buy on the island. Nothing else. So if you want to stay longer, make sure you brought something with you. Or you can request to eat your lunch on the island too. Tour came with a free lunch so don't worry. And by the way, there was no rest room on the island. Please take note of that. Virgin as it should be.
With the numbers of coconut trees around, you won't run out of shaded area.
There were tents with tables and chairs on the island that serves as the shade and resting area against the heat. Some hammocks were also available for use.

This beach was not as large as the Malcapuya island but equally stunning. And it was more develop. They have stores around where you can buy snacks and there was a rest room and more nipa huts for resting area.
I know your gonna ask me, so, no, there was no banana tree around as I remember. But according to our guide, the island looks like a banana leaf from above. Sorry, I didn't have drone to prove that. :)
One of the landmark of the island. This Nipa hut is what I remember banana island is.
Had our lunch served in the Island.
Here are some view from the Nipa:
We were surrounded by colors of blue, green and white. Beautiful!
Resting for awhile..
The beach was almost empty because it was around 1 PM where sun was on its hottest. Most of the tourists were on their siesta while we roam around.
Leaving the island..
Bittersweet. Banana island is <3.

Our last stop for the tour. Just around 5-10 minutes boat ride from Banana Island. This had been the smallest island among the three. It was too small that you can reach the other side of the island. The other side which has a clear water was not good for swimming because the water beds has a lot of sharp stones.
There was a small hill which was the common climbing area of the island to take photos around. From there you can also see Two Seasons Resort, a five-star resort/hotel of Coron. A sandbar connects the two islands. Though you cannot really come near the resort as I knew it was well guarded and it is not for public entry. The sand bar was nice and seems tempting to be walked upon but you need to cross stony areas on the side of the hill to reach it. We never dared though, maybe next time. :)
The water was clear and blue. So lovely!
You cannot skip this tour if you are in Coron because definitely these 3 beaches are one of the best beaches in the Country. The fine white sand, the turquoise clear water, the serenity will never fail you. These 3 beaches are equally beautiful but if I need to choose my favorite, I will go to Banana Island. Maybe because I got a chance to just relax and stay longer there. That's the only difference though maybe next time it may be a different pick depends on the mood.
