Not my first time at Cebu City but was my first with the group of friends. I was about to book on a hotel when I stumbled at Alicia Apartelle. Unlike with a regular hotel, Alicia Apartelle is an Apartment-Hotel with a larger space, better for groups if you want to be together in the same room and definitely cheaper than hotels.
Alicia Apartelle is located at the busy area of Gov. M. Cuenco Ave., Banilad, Cebu City. We came from Samboan and once the bus dropped us off at the South Terminal, we took a taxi heading to Apartelle. The city welcomed us back by a traffic jam on our way to the Apartelle. Good thing, we liked what we have seen in the place. The exterior and interior of Alicia gave us the 3 star hotel vibes.
A M E N E T I E S
L o b b y
The lobby was huge. We liked it instantly once we entered the place. It was nice and cozy. It has I think 4 parts of lobby with set of couches and tables. We came on December so you will see the Christmas decorations that gave the extra welcoming feels.
M e z z a n i n e
Mezzanine has the kid's area. Didn't took a closer photos though. And I'm not sure if it was a good idea to put it on the mezzanine because the open area to the ground floor is just a glass divider away.
I loved this dangling light accessories.
This big staircase area was one of my favorite space.
R o o m
We booked for a 2 bedroom unit. It has it owns kitchen that has a 4-sitter dining table, refrigerator, cooking stove and utensils. The living area has a sofa and flat TV. The 2 bedrooms was quite big with restrooms of their own. It was unexpectedly big for the four of us and we can't be more happier about it.
The 1st bedroom has one queen size bed while the other one has two double beds. Both have their own closets.

P o o l A r e a
The pool area was at the 3rd level of the building with two swimming pools. It has a Jacuzzi and couches where you can just hang out if you don't want to swim which what we did actually.
E x t e r i o r
There were a lot of nice spaces in Alicia. Kudos to its designer.
We definitely had a blast at Alicia Apartelle. Having our own large space was new to us since we used to have a hotel bookings where everything was limited, from space to movement. We got our room for only P3k+ (year 2016 rate). An amount good for one room-for-two in a regular hotel. Our stay includes breakfast for two person. We just cooked the rest of our food. I highly recommend this for a group or even for a couple if you wanted to escape the standard hotel space but have hotel-liked vibe. It was rare to find a place where it was pretty, comfortable, and economical as well. So grab the chance. :)
